Shipping

• Cairo — the fee shown at checkout
• All other governorates — the fee shown at checkout

Delivery time

• Cairo and Giza — typically 2 to 4 working days.
• Other governorates — typically 3 to 7 working days.

Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

How you pay

• Cash on delivery — pay the courier when the parcel arrives.
• Card — pay online at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel leaves us you will receive a confirmation with the courier details. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any point and we will check it for you.

If nobody is available

The courier will attempt delivery and call you beforehand. If they cannot reach you they will try again the following working day.
